ONKUR — Bangladesh Fund I is BSIC's inaugural vehicle: a USD 35 million pool of institutional capital from 39 commercial banks, designed to compound over decades rather than simply deploy. The people we hire now will define how BSIC invests, how it engages founders, and how it sits alongside the global venture capital firms it co-invests with.

Founding executive of the institution — full responsibility for investment strategy, capital deployment, organisational build-out, and stakeholder engagement. Reports to the Board.

Define BSIC's investment thesis, build the investment team, and lead every deal from origination through exit. Builder role for a senior practitioner with 8+ years of principal investing.

Build the conditions under which the best founders find their way to BSIC. Lead partnerships with accelerators, universities, government, the diaspora, and local family offices.

The execution layer behind BSIC's portfolio support, ecosystem partnerships, and stakeholder programming. Build and run structured programs that move portfolio companies forward.
